Come into any one of our 3 locations and we would be happy to set you up with a new key tag.

Can someone teach me how to use the equipment?

There is a certified personal training staff available at the club that would be more than happy to assist you on the machines.  We highly recommend members to set up a first workout so you can be shown how to use the equipment properly. You may call or come in to the facility to schedule an appointment.  Spring Fitness members receive a free session once a month with your membership!

I have a friend/family member interested in the club. Can they try it before they join?

They are more than welcome to try out the facility. You may print a pass offline or call the club to set up an appointment for them to come in and check out the facility.

What do I need to bring/wear to work out?

You will need to bring your key tag to check in.  You may also want to bring a towel & water bottle if needed.  There are towels & water bottles available to purchase.  There are plenty of water fountains available for use throughout the facilities as well. Make sure you wear comfy clothes and tennis shoes to workout in.  No Boots or Jeans are allowed on the workout floor!

How can I change my bank/billing information ?

You may contact National Fitness which is the billing company for all 3 Spring Fitness locations.  There number is 1-800-658-7727.  If you have trouble doing so you may contact any one of our 3 locations and we would be happy to assist you.

I have never taken a group exercise class. How do I start?

Just show up to class. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, everyone is welcome to the group exercise classes. All aerobic and cycling instructors are certified. They will modify for beginners and experts. The best thing to do is come try a variety of classes and pick what works best for you. You will have a blast!

How do I become a member at Spring Fitness?

Come on in to one of our 3 locations and there will be a staff member there to assist you.  You may go on a tour to see what we have to offer and also go over the many different membership plans and find one that best fits you!  You may also feel free to call the club to set an appointment.

I need to use a locker in the locker room. How does it work?

Help yourself!  The lockers are free to use and you may bring your own lock to use while you are working out.  When finished, please take your lock home so other members may use the lockers.

I am visiting for one day and need a guest pass. How much is it?

Daily guest passes are $15.00 at all 3 locations.

I would like to use the tanning beds. How do I go about doing so?

Depending on the club & availability, you may have to schedule an appointment to tan.  You can schedule appointments by phone or as you come in to the club but up to only one day in advance.  Once your appointment is set or the beds are open a staff member will be happy to set your time in the bed.  You will have 3 minutes to get ready before the bed turns on.  You may stop the bed at anytime if needed to do so.  The club will provide goggles for you to protect your eyes or you may bring your own.  The use of tanning lotions are up to you to use.

I am a new member, what should I expect my first day?

You will need to bring your key tag with you to clock in. A staff member will take your picture for our records. If you did not schedule your first session with a trainer, a staff member would be happy to assist you in doing so. Otherwise, you are free to go workout!
