What's the big difference?  

Starting in 1994 the goal of Spring Fitness Centers has been to deliver simple family style fitness.  We wanted to offer
something that the big box clubs could not offer to their customers, that is the personal attention you deserve
at anyone of our 3 clubs.  We pride ourselves in being the place where everyone knows your name. 

We want to make exercising for the customers simple so we decide to include everything in the membership packages.  For example at the big box facilities personal training, childcare, aerobics and tanning is an extra cost.  At Spring Fitness we offer our members:

 

• Free personal training (1 per month)
• Free childcare
• Free aerobics
• Free unlimited tanning
